Dr. Pham is the founder and visionary behind Tacit Solutions. With deep experience in healthcare and innovation, he leads the company’s mission to build smart tools that simplify operations for medical practices and businesses alike.

Director of Core Operations

Karen

Karen runs the operations of our scribing and call center services. She ensures that all of our agents are qualified in their abilities to listen, type, understand and learn. This is because we want to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Director of Innovation and Growth

Shannon

Shannon drives research, strategy, and product direction at Tacit. She bridges ideas and execution, ensuring each platform is practical, user-friendly, and impactful for providers, patients, and businesses.

HR Manager

Dan

Dan handles everything from hiring, to payroll and invoicing. He ensures we have enough staff to support our clients and that our agents are trained well to support those clients.

Scribe Supervisor

Sherr

Sherr is our Scribe Agent Supervisor, ensuring all scribes are screened and trained with the most up to date information out there. She oversees all scribes and helps when they need a hand, even after training.

Call Center Supervisor

Lady Mae

Lady Mae runs our Call Center agents to make sure they are providing the best customer service to all clients. She handles their hands on training and ensures they are ready to start with live clients before completing their training.

Zaid

Zaid brings Tacit’s ideas to life through thoughtful coding and problem-solving. He builds and refines core features to ensure products are reliable, intuitive, and ready to serve both healthcare and business users.

Khalid develops and supports Tacit’s platforms with a focus on scalability and smooth user experiences. His work helps transform complex workflows into simple, efficient solutions.

Integration Specialist

Chino connects the moving parts of Tacit’s systems, handling automations, data flows, and integrations. His expertise ensures platforms run seamlessly and deliver consistent value for clients.

Compliance Officer

Louie is our Compliance Officer. She makes sure Tacit is running smoothly from the inside. She handles all HIPAA, Cybersecurity, background checks, and other internal items when hiring and training new staff.

Arcel is our Client Coordinator. He reaches out to potential clients to see if they’re interested in becoming a client or partner with our many different ventures.

Alex is our accountant and ensures we have the most accurate financial information for all of our ventures. This helps us keep costs low so our prices can stay low for our clients as well.
