These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services offered by Tacit Scribes LLC – doing business as Tacit Solutions Group (“Tacit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including TacitCore, Tacit Social, Tacit Boost, Tacit Docket, and Tacit CME Tracker (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tacit, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
